Pre-press at Tri-Graphic has always been a strong area of expertise. Tri-Graphic was one of the first printers in this market to install a computer-to-plate pre-press workflow, having installed our first system in 1995. We have always been committed to expanding and up-grading our equipment and technology. Some recent additions to our Pre-press group go way beyond simple expansion. In January 2004 we made a commitment to colour and backed this commitment with a whole new philosophy. We brought in Randy Neelin as Manager and Randy brought with him his ideas for a new direction. In May 2004 Tri-Graphic assumed the resources, both human and hardware, of Studio Colour Group. SCG’s commitment to colour management had been an industry leader and the mainstay of the business. This attitude combined with Randy’s is now the bar within the department. We will continue to add the necessary ingredients to ensure Tri-Graphic’s commitment to colour will drive the market.
